Cordis Hotel - Pinnacle Tower

The 5 Star Cordis Hotel underwent redevelopment with a 17000 sqm, 17 storey Pinnacle Tower extension, which increased the hotels capabilities adding event spaces, 244 guest rooms, and a Club Lounge.

Thermosash successfully achieved façade closure and watertightness approximately three months ahead of programme, supporting the overall project delivery objectives while maintaining architectural integrity and high-quality standards.

Our facade scope included:

• PW1000 Unitised high-performance structurally double-glazed curtainwall
• Thermosash developed a bespoke embossed powdercoated aluminium finish to 3mm aluminium panels designed to replicate the appearance and texture of the original hotel’s stone façade
• Uniquely designed feature Tawa wood grain powdercoat finished Soffits to the entrance at ground level, and incorporated LED lighting
